By accessing and using this delivery management application ("the App") as a customer/driver, you accept and agree to the privacy policy. If you do not agree to the privacy policy, please do not use the App. In the privacy policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the creators and operators of the App.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and delivery addresses. We also collect usage data including order history, subscription status, and app interaction logs to provide and improve our services.
We use your information to create and manage your account, process subscriptions and payments, facilitate delivery orders, assign drivers, display live tracking, send notifications about orders, and provide customer support.
We share information only as necessary to operate the App: with payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions, with drivers who are assigned deliveries relevant to them, and when required by law. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, secure authentication, and access controls. Only authorised users can access delivery data relevant to their role. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
The App may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyse usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect App functionality.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your account details within the App or contact us through the Support page. You may close your account at any time from the Menu, which deactivates your access.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Closed accounts' data is retained only as required by law and then deleted.
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
The App integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payments and Google Maps for location services. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
