A simple step-by-step guide to placing your delivery order
Head to the Find a Driver page from your dashboard to browse available drivers in your area. Each driver card shows their delivery fees, service zones, upfront spending limit, and whether they deliver alcohol. Choose the driver that best suits your needs.
Use the search and area filters to narrow down drivers near your pickup location.
Once you've selected a driver, contact the restaurant or store you'd like to order from and place your order directly with them.
Have your order details ready — items and pickup address — before moving to the next step.
Open the driver's order form and fill in your contact details, the pickup address, drop-off address, order details and the pickup time. Once you submit, your order is sent to the driver and you'll receive your tracking to monitor your delivery in real time.
Double-check addresses and contact details to avoid delays. Delivery instructions are optional but helpful. Don't refresh the tracking page, your tracking will update automatically.
Track your delivery live from your tracking as the driver picks up and transports your items. Once the driver arrives, receive your order and settle any upfront reimbursements costs if applicable and the delivery fee directly with the driver.
